When you place an order online, you will receive an alert with an estimated delivery time. Famousshoemall team will try its best to complete the delivery within the estimated time, but cannot guarantee that the goods will be delivered to you within the estimated time.

Famousshoemall insures every order during shipping until the goods are delivered to you or picked up. When picking up the goods, you will need to sign a confirmation of receipt of the product.
